Hariyali Lamb Chops

Hariyali Lamb Chops
(Serves 3)
Ingredients
- Lamb Chops- 500 gms (approx 6)
- Onion- 1 small, chopped finely
- Ginger-Garlic paste- 2 tsp
- Coriander pwd- 2 tsp
- Cumin pwd- 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric pwd- 1/8 tsp
- Red Chili pwd- 1 tsp
- Garam Masala pwd- 1/2 tsp
- Yogurt- 1/2 cup
- Coriander Leaves- handful, chopped
- Salt to taste
Coating (grind to paste except butter)
- Coriander Leaves- 1 bunch
- Green Chillies- 3 or 4, according to taste
- Cumin Seeds- 1/2 tsp
- Garlic- 2 cloves
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt to taste
- Butter- 2 tbsp
Method
Step 1. Mix together all ingredients 1 to 11 nos and cook covered till chops are just done. Add some water if required. Make sure they are not too well done.
Step 2. Put heat on high and cook them uncovered till dry.
Step 3. Add melted butter in ground paste (Coating). Mix well.
Step 4. Cool the chops and coat all chops with the green paste coating.
Step 5. Grill in preheated oven for 10 mins each side.
Step 6. Serve hot with Russian salad or chutney.
